Myers Park

George Stephens developed a plan for a streetcar suburb on his father-in-law’s (John Spring Myers) farm in 1905. The neighborhood was designed by the Harvard-trained landscape architect, John Nolen, and work was underway by 1911.

Myers Park is distinguished for its winding tree-lined streets, large historic homes and architectural variety. Due to its landscaped beauty, it is one of the most-visited parts of Charlotte.

For those short on time, a simple drive through the neighborhood is worthwhile in order to view the large, historic mansions along the main streets.

Back to Property List
Nestled at the end of a quiet Myers Park cul-de-sac, this meticulously renovated estate sets a new standard for legacy living. Three Carrara Gold marble islands anchor a chef's kitchen outfitted with a 10-burner BlueStar range, standalone Miele refrigerator and freezer, and dual dishwashers. Floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the line between interior and exterior, spilling onto a covered pavilion with roll-down screens, infrared heaters, and a saltwater pool resurfaced in 2024. The main-level owner's suite delivers spa-caliber finishes — re-tiled Carrara shower, heated floors, and towel warmers. Five new HVAC units, a 38 kW whole-home generator, full water filtration, and Control 4 automation leave nothing to the imagination. Bespoke ironwork, curated lighting, and architectural detailing are at every turn. *See attached Property Feature Sheet for a complete list of capital improvements.* Basic Information
